JEFF THOMPSON
Real Estate Broker/Owner-Property Manager
Jeff began working at Arbors 32 years ago as a Property Manager Associate. After much hard work developing his place in the real estate industry he has been Arbors Broker the last 19 years and Owner of the company for the last 6 years. He was born in Duluth Minnesota. His parents moved to Largo, FL when he was 10 years old and he has spent the rest of his life living in Pinellas County. His father was a real estate broker so at the age of 18 he went to real estate school and became one of the youngest agents in the state of Florida. He spent his entire adult lige working in the real estate industry. Jeff has been married to his wife Patty for 39 years and together they have two married daughters and 5 grandchildren he loves
BARBARA GOODHUE
Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Barbara and her husband moved to Florida in 1984 from Michigan. After six months of "retirement" she decided to get a part time job to keep her busy. 33 years later she is still performing her duties at Arbors. She enhoys the close friendship the staff has developed and describes her time at work as a pleasure to be part of the Arbors Family. When Barbara is not working her favorite pastime is cruising and traveling around Florida soaking up the soaking up the sun. She is go glad Orlando is so close because she loves spending as much time as she can over at "Disney World" being a tourist.
BOB ANDERSON
Broker Associate/Property Manager
Bob has been in real estate management & sales since 1997 and joined Arbors Management as a Property Manager the first day of January 2000. Throughout the years Bob has managed hundreds of rental properties for multiple domestic and international owners as well as selling millions of dollars in Real Estate Sales for his numerous clients. Born and raised in the state of Maine he has lived in various states in the USA as well as Stockholm, Sweden and Helsinki, Finland. Bob is married with 6 children and 3 grandchildren and enjoys biking, kayaking and spending time with his family.
AMANDA HULL
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Amanda has been with Arbors Management for 17 years. She started working for Arbors as a part-time employee while she was in high school. Her first and only job grew into a full-time career. Amanda is married to her best friend Justin. they have our beautiful children, Ashtyn, Austen, Lyla, & Lillian. As working mom her life is filled to the fullest. With Christ at the center of her life and family, Amanda is blessed beyond measure, and thankful to be a part of the Arbors Management Team.
JUSTIN HULL
Real Estate Agent/Associate
Justin has been with Arbors Management since 2014. His laidback and easy going approach make him a great fit here at Arbors. He has been a great addition to our team, selling and managing many properties throughout the Bay Area. He married his best friend in 2005 and now has 4 awesome kids. He enjoys sports, music, & traveling. He credits his faith & family as the foundations that make him successful.
